The brief

Service businesses take bookings on WhatsApp, track payments by hand and keep client notes in spreadsheets and DMs. Every new client adds more admin. startbuddi set out to run bookings, payments, clients and operations from one system that busy owners would actually adopt.

What we built

TechDella Studios built startbuddi from MVP to a full product:

• MVP: scoped the first release around the daily jobs of a service business, so it was useful from the first week.
• UI/UX, end to end: product flows and the full interface, from contacts and bookings to invoices, projects and the client-facing pages.
• Build: the product and the startbuddi.com marketing site, on desktop and mobile.
